1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkr656 ("pkr656", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkr656 website located at pkr656.app and all associated products, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in to pkr656, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkr656 Platform. These Terms are effective from the date of your first access and remain in force until your account is permanently closed.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to pkr656 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. pkr656 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction. CNIC-based identity verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active pkr656 account. Operating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you discover that a duplicate account exists in your name, you are obligated to notify pkr656 support immediately.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform. pkr656 may request supporting documentation (CNIC, proof of address, payment method verification) at any time as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. pkr656 operates under an international gaming licence. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in their jurisdiction. pkr656 does not warrant that the Platform is lawful to use in every location from which it may be accessed.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr656 login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 pkr656 will never contact you to request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from pkr656 and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.

3.3 You must notify pkr656 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account. pkr656 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or your failure to report unauthorised access promptly.

3.4 pkr656 employs 128-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and conducts periodic security reviews of its infrastructure. Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. pkr656 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated. pkr656 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in the account holder's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account or to a verified method in the account holder's name. Withdrawals will not be processed until all KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. pkr656 targets processing times of 1–3 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts, though operational delays may occasionally extend this timeframe. pkr656 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency. The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any currency conversion fees incurred through a user's payment provider are the sole responsibility of that user.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pkr656 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other players, or placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine play – is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 pkr656 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a clear error or technical fault in a promotional offer, pkr656 reserves the right to void any transactions made under the affected promotion.

5.3 Bonus funds and wagering requirements must be used and cleared within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All sports bets placed on pkr656, including cricket, PSL, UFC, boxing, and other markets, are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook section. pkr656 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was incorrectly priced as a result of an obvious error, technical fault, or data feed failure.

6.2 Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems that are independently audited for fairness. RTP figures are published for all slot titles. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with professional dealers. pkr656 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet, pkr656's system records will be the definitive record of the outcome. Where a technical fault prevents a bet or game from completing, pkr656 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and in good faith.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr656 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating
• Laundering proceeds of crime through the pkr656 Platform
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward Platform staff or other users

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr656 Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game software, text, images, and audiovisual material, is the property of pkr656 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkr656 content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr656 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. pkr656's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

pkr656 is committed to responsible gaming. Deposit limits, session timers, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion are available to all account holders through the account dashboard. 11. Amendments

pkr656 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or by prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by the laws applicable under the Platform's international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pkr656's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the licensing authority. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer to the extent they cannot be excluded by contract under applicable law.
